Quantity
discount:
- Over $500 in a calendar
month: -5%
- over $1,000 in a calendar

Quantity discounts are applied
as a credit on the next month's bill. For example, if a
customer orders $1100 in prints in January, a $110 credit will be
placed in his account near the beginning of February.

Credit
for shipment later than 5 business days after placement of
order: 25% of price of the items shipped late. For
example, if a customer places an order for $1,000 in posters, but
20% of the order was shipped late, the credit would be 25% of 20%
of $1,000, or $50.
Shipment
by FedEx: Actual cost, plus $1.50 per tube.
Rush
processing: Variable, depending on our
workload. Call for a quote. In many cases there will
be no charge for rush processing.
