Print Quality

You must be satisfied.  If you are not, you have the option of obtaining a refund or a reprint of your poster(s).  Send us an e-mail indicating the nature of the problem, and whether you wish a refund or reprint.  

 

 

 

Losses in shipment

If your order is lost in the mail, send us an e-mail to that effect and we will reprint your order.  We will absorb the cost.  
 

Delivery time

Except for orders of more than 200 posters, we normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. We ship by Priority Mail, which usually arrives 1-4 days after shipment.  Expedited production and delivery can be arranged, if needed.
 

Errors in Billing

If you believe we have made an error in a billing, please let us know, so that we can correct the error.  
 

Subject Matter

We reserve the right to refuse to print, store, or display any image which might be considered pornographic, offensive and/or illegal.  Moreover, we may delete the entire directory of anyone uploading objectionable material.  
 

Copyright

As a customer, you are responsible for making certain that you do not violate anyone's copyright rights.   
 

Privacy

 

In order to utilize the capabilities of this web site, you will submit to us various information, including your e-mail, name, address, credit card information, and photographic images.  We will not intentionally disclose or sell this information to any third party, except that credit card information may be transmitted over secure lines to a banking website (Verisign) for processing of your credit card information.  We will take precautions to protect your privacy and protect you from unauthorized use of any information you send to us

Except as necessary to provide our services, we will not install software or files on your computer.  We will not snoop on your hard drive.
